Prompt delivery and issue resolution.

Very quick service from order to my door in about 60 hours!
4 oak doors on one pallet was a bit heavy for one man in his van though, all credit to him though he got them all in through the front door without separating them!!
Opened 2 and they are beautiful, varnish on the edge of one is marked but the fitter has to trim them a little so all should be ok.
Can't wait to have them fitted and see them in full glory.

Don't buy from this company. They claim to deliver in 3-5 days and if your order is £300 or more you get free delivery. What a con, the additional items I ordered to make £300 (which I didn't really need) turned up but no doors....when I chased over a week later they told me 3 months....I cancelled and got a refund. Still left me with a load of bits I didn't need. Obviously a pop up Internet site working out of a garage with no stock....leave well alone.

Frew doors are with serious scratches and we end up paying additional money to the fitters to rectify the doors. Supplier notified and never got a reply back.

Also, doors not as advertised as they are laminate and not Fully finished doors as advertised.

Quick and efficient service . Delivered on time. A good quality door for a side entrance.

Bought in excess of £1300 worth of doors & one needed to be returned (I mis-measured). I am now being charged £35 + VAT for collection of door & £35 + VAT for delivery. They don’t use the same courier !!!! Hardly good customer service
